The Program Manager will be responsible for all operational aspects and provide leadership and support to Family Violence Specialist staff based at Windsor and in co-located programs at two Victoria Police locations and Family Life.
The program operates across multiple sites to deliver high quality services to women and children who are experiencing, at risk, or recovering from Family Violence in the Bayside Peninsula Area.
The position is responsible for ensuring program staff work within a trauma and psychologically informed practice environment. All staff are expected to work creatively towards ensuring the safety and support needs of women and children accessing the program as a first priority.
