About the role:

To strategically develop and manage client-centred service delivery, operations and people of the Oasis Casework programs to ensure safe, culturally appropriate therapeutic casework, treatment and support for young people referred to the programs.

What we are looking for?

  • Degree qualification in social work, psychology, community development or related field OR demonstrated high level of sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service and study/development
  • Current Working with Children Check, current Driver's licence. A National Police check will be conducted by the organisation.
  • Acts ethically and with integrity
  • Able to manage challenging relationships and influence others when required
  • Work collaboratively both internally and externally
  • Lead performance with demonstrated success in leading a team of Case Managers by way of a positive, insightful, passionate, collaborative and open leadership style.
  • Manage change and reform
  • Focus on people we serve with demonstrated experience of working with people of different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate accountability
  • Commitment to high professional standards of practice.
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal, active listening and analytical skills.
  • Highly effective planning, organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under conflicting time pressures.
