About the role

This role will manage a caseload of post-placement support and ongoing support participants and provide a high level of post-placement support for a minimum of 52 weeks. It will involve face to face, on the job and phone support to our valued clients.
This role will be based at any sites across Capital Region and frequent travel will be required.

About you:

  • Confidence in speaking with clients and sourcing vacancies
  • Previous experience in sales and/or recruitment in the Community Development sector
  • A strong ability to problem-solve and apply resilience via adjusting solutions as well as approach and communication at an individual client level imperative;
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs;
  • Advanced communication skills, and experience in working with a diverse group of job seekers.
