As the Marketing Manager (Supporter Experience), you will come to work every day, motivated in the knowledge that your career contribution has purpose and drives positive social impact.
Working as part of the Supporter Experience, Acquisition and Growth team, which brings together the Supporter Experience, Direct Marketing and Data Analytics & Insights teams, you will use data insights to inform strategy and optimise supporter experience, loyalty and retention.
You will be responsible for developing and leading strategy and programs that build exceptional donor journeys through the lifecycle, to aid the delivery of long-term growth and engagement.
