About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team, based at the Eva Burrows College (EBC) in Ringwood with potential to work in a hybrid WFH/office model.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Support Services the full-time permanent role will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of highly effective and integrated marketing and communications strategies to promote and enhance the reputation of the College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement highly effective marketing and communications strategies and initiatives which will see increases in student numbers;
  • Foster an integrated approach to Marketing and Promotional activities across the college;
  • Support end to end management of marketing and communications campaigns;
  • Manage external advertising and promotions and internal engagement across digital and non-digital communication channels;
  • Internal communications and content creation;
  • Manage the Social Media presence and website.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will be qualified in Marketing, Communications or related field and have a demonstrated related work history in the post-secondary education and training sector, membership associations or the not-for-profit sector in Australia.

Key capabilities include;

  • A strong understanding of Marketing and Communications in a university, vocational training or professional development/training environment, membership associations or the non-for-profit sector;
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to work consultatively and collaboratively;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills;
  • Demonstrated understanding of trends in marketing, digital media channels, tools and techniques.
