To report to current Maintenance Supervisor and to assist him with maintenance tasks and to carry out the upkeep of grounds and gardens under his supervision.

  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily planned and unplanned maintenance tasks as instructed
  • Oversight the above tasks when Maintenance Supervisor is on leave
  • Maintain lawns, courtyards and pathways in safe and attractive condition
  • Maintain gardens and trees/shrubs in safe and attractive condition
  • Preferable previous trade skills
  • Preferable previous gardening experience
  • Computer skills, MS Office and willingness to learn TSA asset maintenance program
  • Previous experience in aged care.
