Our Job Coaches provide professional case management and assessment services to prepare EPlus job seekers for employment. The Job Coach fulfils a central role in EPlus' service delivery model by providing both individual coaching and support to job seekers as well as facilitating group activities which help job seekers to actively and effectively search for work. The Job Coach works closely alongside other professional EPlus staff including Recruitment, Allied Health and Training teams to ensure job seeker support is relevant and seamless.
