About the role:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
  • Provide individual case management support
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
  • Apply professional group facilitation skills
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to achieve outcomes

About you:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to employers, community organisations, participants etc.
  • Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployed
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
  • Confidence in approaching and communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Obtaining long term employment opportunities for participants

Employment Services experience is highly valued however, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in hospitality, retail, recruitment or similar fast paced results focused service environments.

A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
