About the role:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
  • Actively engaging with 'work ready' jobseekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
  • Create and deliver engaging group sessions virtually aimed at getting your participants motivated and job ready
  • Provide job seekers with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills thorough Post Placement Support to employers and jobseekers to maximise employment outcomes

About you:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployed
  • You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
  • Excellent reverse marketing skills and confidence in approaching and communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever changing environment
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs

Due to the current restrictions in Victoria, we are looking for motivated, results orientated individuals who have proven experience engaging customers virtually and via the phone.

Employment Services experience is highly valued however, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in hospitality, retail, recruitment or similar fast paced results focused service environments.

A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position. Successful applicants will be required to undertake a police check, it is not mandatory to have a clear criminal history.
