We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our HR team on an initial 8-10-week contract. This position will manage high volume recruitment across Australia recruiting for our frontline roles.

Duties include:

  • Raise job requisitions
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers
  • Shortlist and phone screen candidates
  • Organise interviews
  • Reference checking

The successful candidate must have:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in bulk recruitment either internal or agency
  • Experience in using Workday is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of employment services is highly desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced administration skills including MS Suite
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload

You will also demonstrate a positive and professional "can-do" attitude, excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to work equally well as a member of a team or working alone.
