We are seeking to appoint a proactive and highly agile, motivated and results driven person to a full-time 12 months max term position based at Blackburn, Victoria or Redfern, NSW.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Innovation, you will be an integral member of a highly effective and established Enterprise Project & Strategy Management department. The EP&SM team supports TSA to successfully plan, establish, deliver and embed organisational change projects; as well as helping build project and change capability within the organisation.

As an Innovation Analyst your primary responsibility is to champion innovative and creative thinking practices that address organisational opportunity or challenges in alignment with strategic direction.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Support the Ideas platform to ensure ongoing improvements, relevance and currency;
  • Support effective and efficient operation of the innovation process;
  • Undertake analysis in support of innovative ideas to develop and evaluate feasible solutions scope;
  • Capture, manage and communicate change of potential ideas impacts;
  • Manage a communications calendar and correspondence;
  • Sponsor and promote the value of the Ideas platform.

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated work history providing analysis and administrative support, backed by tertiary qualifications in Business Management or Entrepreneurship and Innovation, or associated fields (preferred).

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship building and engagement capabilities;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
