We are seeking a dynamic Financial Counselling Trainer to join our growing Vocational Training team who is passionate about equipping future Financial Counsellors to make a difference in their local community.

This casual role will support a broad range of learners as they undertake the Diploma of Financial Counselling qualification, supporting and encouraging them to achieve their learning goals.

The key focus of this role includes:

  • Online delivery of Diploma of Financial Counselling
  • Development of Financial Counselling learning and assessment materials
  • Monitoring learner progress and providing support
  • Marking assessments and providing meaningful feedback
  • Collaborating with industry stakeholders to ensure currency of training program
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience and relevant qualifications in vocational education and training and Financial Counselling. You will also need to demonstrate:

  • Effective communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Desire to innovate
  • Technically capable with knowledge of learning management systems
