The Housing Pathways Program is located within the Western Metro and provides housing services to support connection for those in custodial care specifically in; Ravenhall Correctional Centre, the Melbourne Assessment Prison, the Metropolitan Remand Centre, Port Philip Prison, the Judy Lazarus Transition Centre, Thomas Embling Hospital, Barwon Prison and Marngoneet Correctional Centre (Karreenga).
The Housing Pathways Program provide quality effective and coordinated service provision across all custodial facilities. In this role you will manage key stakeholder relationships and contribute to leadership coordination of TSA programs operating across TSA Streams (Homelessness, Youth, Family Violence, AOD).
We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Family Housing and Support Coordinator to lead the provision of high-quality service delivery within the Family Housing & Safety (FH&S) team by providing a range of service delivery responses to families and children who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The Salvation Army is subject to public health orders. You may be required to provide evidence of vaccine status dependent on requirements.
