Through the work of Brimbank-Melton DHHS and the Homelessness and Social Housing Local Solutions Working Group, of which The Salvation Army's Western Metro Homelessness Services is a member, a part-time role has been identified and funded to assist in the strengthening of homelessness and housing support to persons leaving the care of Sunshine Adult Acute Psychiatric Unit (SAAPU) at risk of, or homeless.
We are seeking a values-driven person to strengthen and capacity-build connections between in-area Mental Health services and the Sunshine Homelessness services Access Point.

This is a part time position, 26.6 hours per week fixed term to 30 June 2021. Days are negotiable.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Social stream, Level 4.
