About the role:

The Salvation Army Employment Plus is currently recruiting Employment Mentors who have previous experience in the employment industry and a passion in individualised, person-centred support.

These roles exist for the delivery of Jobs Victoria Employment Services (JVES) contract supporting the following specific cohorts:

  • Young people experiencing mental ill-health
  • Refugees, asylum seekers and other immigrant groups in need of additional support in finding employment
  • People at risk or experiencing homelessness

The successful candidates will provide professional case management and assessment services to support EPlus participants to primarily prepare and enter employment.
