The goal of the Salvation Army Ballarat Community Support Services is to provide a Christian basis for involvement with individuals and families in order to assist them with material aid, counselling and other needs as required.
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Casual Emergency Relief/Receptionist to create a warm and welcoming environment for visitors to Ballarat Community Support Doorways Program. This role will provide a broad range of reception, concierge customer triage and admin support for the Doorways Program
The primary objective is the seamless communication channel for Doorways clients, visitors, suppliers: face to face, over the telephone or by email.
This is a casual position. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHCADS Award 2010 Level 3.
