About the Role

We are seeking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join us on a full time permanent basis, based in the Glen Waverley Office. The Team Leader will report into the Manager Donor Services and is responsible for:

  • Managing day to day support and supervision of the Donor Services Team in Victoria
  • Resolving and managing complaints, compliments and donor feedback
  • Support in bank reconciliation and processing donations
  • Overseeing Aid Appeals
  • Maintaining donor records in the CRM (Blackbaud)

About You

  • Experience in a CRM or a similar database
  • Experience in managing and leading a team, preferably in a processing or customer service environment
  • A strong team focus with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and build relationships with people of all backgrounds
  • Demonstrated previous experience in generating reports, batching and filing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
