THE ROLE

We are seeking a values-driven Clinical Practitioner - Moneycare to lead technical operational requirements and personal development necessary for financial counsellors to be an effective and high functioning team. Responsibilities include:

  • Provides clinical supervision in a framework that fosters a practice of reflection and learning in an interactive dialogue designed to shape a process of review, reflection critique and replenishment for professional practitioners.
  • Clinical Supervision ensures supervisees are accountable to professional standards and defined competencies and to the TSA policy and procedures.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Statewide Financial Counselling Program this position is based in Collinswood.

HOURS AND SALARY

This is a permanent part time position, 30.4 hours per week.

Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, level 6.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE

  • Diploma of Community Services (financial Counselling).
  • SAFCA Membership.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a financial counsellor
  • Leadership and frontline management qualifications and practical understanding of case management desirable
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check and DCSI clearance (vulnerable Persons) will be required
  • Ability to provide eligibility to work in Australia
