Case Worker (Community) - Gold Coast Recovery Services
The Salvation Army is one of Australia's largest providers of alcohol and other drug services. Each of our services across Australia offer a unique program for people experiencing alcohol or drug problems. Residential treatment centres, community-based support programs, counselling and withdrawal management services are just some of the options available.
We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Case Worker to provide effective service delivery including case management, assessment, referral, education (including group work) and support in accordance with TSA guidelines, ensuring a comprehensive participant led recovery based service is provided.
