Our mission is to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed, and holistic services in a fast-paced service delivery environment to ensure the best outcomes for everyone referred to us for assistance.
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate and proactive Case Manager to deliver screening, assessment, and short-term case management interventions as part of The Salvation Army's Additional Referral Pathway (ARP) Program to support the journey to recovery for victim-survivors experiencing or escaping modern slavery.
We have multiple full-time and part-time positions available in Sydney, New South Wales. However, candidates from other states are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the Team Leader this is a fixed term (until December 2025) position.Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Level 5.
