About the Role:

We have an exciting permanent full time opportunity for a Campaign Revenue and Supporter Experience Manager (part of the Donor Services team) to join our Glen Waverley office. Reporting to the General Manager Planning and Performance this position will have two direct reports - Team Leader Campaign Revenue & Team Leader Supporter Experience and Retention.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate with an operational background who can hit the ground running and be responsible for leading and nurturing a national team to optimise operational performance of campaign revenue and supporter care for The Salvation Army.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop national team capability to deliver efficiencies, therefore optimising ROI performance
  • Managing large number of donations and supporter segments
  • Creating new donor accounts
  • Allocations of donations
  • Outbound support of our mass donors when required
  • Develop processes and support Finance reconciliation onto the general ledgers
  • Processing Fundraising invoice requests
  • Direct mail, online and other KPI reporting
  • Actioning mass donor requests, complaints and receipts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Tertiary education in fundraising, marketing, communication, business or similar is preferred;
  • or 5 years work experience in a relevant related field
  • Considerable experience in a manager role within a customer service / call centre environment;
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems and their application in a service/fundraising environment (preferably Blackbaud)
  • Demonstrated experience leading transformational change enabling the growth and development of an operational team
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement, leading a call centre and/or regular giving engagement
  • Analytical and financial capability
