We are seeking a values-driven and pro-active Assistant Thrift Shop Manager to assist and support the Thrift Shop Manager in leading and developing the store

The Corps provides a range of ministries and services to the local community of Colac, including faith based resources, online and face to face Playgroup, Community Support Services and more.
We are seeking a values-driven and pro-active Assistant Thrift Shop Manager to assist and support the Thrift Shop Manager in leading and developing the store.
You will be responsible not only for maximising sales and revenue for the store but also promoting teamwork and encouraging a culture of collaboration amongst the volunteer team, which will in turn enhance the customer experience in the store. Other responsibilities include:
Colac Thrift Shop is located at 100 Bromfield Street, Colac.
This is a part time position; 8.5 hours per week fixed term for 6 months. Weekly roster is 2-5pm on Friday's and 9am-3pm on Saturdays with possible coverage for the Thrift Shop Manager when on leave etc.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Retail Industry Award 2010, Level 4.
