We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive AOD Outreach Support Worker to provide case work to individuals experiencing the impact of addiction from Alcohol and Other Drugs.
In collaboration with TSA's wider AOD Support Services (Harry Hunter Recovery Centre and Bridge House Non- Residential Services) this role will provide high quality holistic outreach support services to all service recipients. Those activities include;
Reporting to the Program Manager: Non-Residential Services this position will also support clients in the community who fall under the National Partnership Agreement - with WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA).
This is a permanent part time position, 15.2 hours per week.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, level 4.
