This position will work within the AOD Family Reunification Program to support families at risk of, or with current Child Protection involvement. This is a 1 EFT maternity leave position. 

• To provide case management support to families to address substance use issues whilst to support the completion of reunification orders
• To work with families in crisis to develop and implement case plans that promote the best interests of children, ensure their safety and appropriate development
• Identify and work with families at risk to provide additional supports to prevent risk to children
• To provide a flexible response to meet the individual needs of each family

This position also provides an outreach role to Campaspe catchment.
