We are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our management team, working closely with our positive and engaging CEO.

We want to meet you

  • Flexible work location – work from home primarily and hub offices across Melbourne including Flemington, Thomastown and Carrum Downs
  • This is a full-time position, with a monthly evening board meeting

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate

  • An excellent reputation for positive outcomes as an Executive Assistant
  • Proficiency in supporting Boards
  • A balance of superior people skills with administrative expertise
  • Experience working in not for profit and/or early childhood education & care environments preferred but not essential
