Are you reliable, physically fit, patient with learners and looking for stable work?
We provide on the job training and employment to young people who have experienced disadvantage and barriers to entering the workforce and maintaining employment. Industry Mentors (on the job trainers) play a crucial role in supporting the young person's success throughout the program. It is the responsibility of the Industry Mentor to not only train and assist in the development of the young person's cleaning skills, but to also role model and coach the young person to thrive and grow as a young adult.
