Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs, designed to give parents the skills they need to raise confident, healthy children and teenagers and to strengthen family relationships. We are seeking Tender Writer and Coordinator to join our Program, Implementation and Evidence Support (PIES) Team at our Head Office in Indooroopilly. The role is a maternity cover contract, full time hours with flexibility to work from home and the office.

This role is a great opportunity for candidates with relevant experience, high level critical thinking and tender coordination and writing skills to provide strategic and operational support to the team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the response to tenders and proposals from our global teams, working closely with our internal teams to ensure all information supports business development, and is evidence-based and consistent with our core message.

The Role

  • Plan, manage and coordinate tender and proposal development globally, including financial costings with the support from business and finance teams
  • Lead the information gathering, drafting and reviewing of tenders and proposals
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals to strict deadlines
  • Creation of professional documents which communicate complex ideas in a succinct way
  • Collaborate across the business to coordinate all the required input for tenders
  • Review and fact check documentation as required
  • Support the wider PIES team with other research and program-based duties as required
  • Flexible working from home and office, with occasional outside hours required for global meetings

The Person

  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology/Health/Allied Health/Social Services or related field
  • Experience in developing and writing professional tenders for Government and business audiences, particularly within the health, social services and community sector
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, working to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work with local and global teams to develop engaging and complex documents
  • Skills in researching and analysing information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Preference for tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, particularly research or health related

This is a full-time maternity leave position, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. This role is immediately available.
