This young man lives in his own home and requires support to assist him to live an independent life.

He has a variety of interests including travel, computers, sport and loves eating out, however his Intellectual Disability & Mental Illness can cause interference in his motivation and drive in life.

Caring for him involves supporting him to live in his own home accessing the community as well as attending to personal care needs.

This is a rewarding role where you will be supported by a team of professionals to assist you as you grow, learn and discover together that the world can be overwhelming but with our support and care he can thrive and learn to live independently in the community with the support he receives from a unified team of carers.
