YOUR NEW ROLE (part-time)

The Program Manager role is one of the primary leaders on the Tranby campus. They are a mission focused, strategic and process-minded leader with experience working in the Vocational Education and Training sector. The focus of the role is to manage all aspects of the student learning experience which includes implementation of academic policies and procedures and improvement of academic systems to achieve Tranby’s strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised
  • Positive attitude
  • The ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Understand and have previous experience working with Indigenous people and/or communities (preferably within an adult educational context)
