Natural Capital Economics (NCEconomics) is part of the Alluvium Group that brings together five organisations sharing a common purpose: to make a positive difference to the world.
They are scientists, planners, engineers, strategists, analysts, and economists. They combine these skills to address the complex, systemic, and intractable issues that face our society, environment, and economy. By solving these problems, they transform the way we live and the health and productivity of our catchments, rivers, landscapes, coasts, and cities.
NCEconomics formed in 2016 to bring to the market national leading economists and social scientists working in the management of natural and economic resources to achieve positive change – effectively they combine science with economics to offer integrated multidisciplinary solutions.
As Principal Economist you will influence the direction of the group, drive ongoing growth, and be responsible for project delivery and people leadership. Sydney, Newcastle, or Canberra are preferred locations with other locations able to be considered, for the right candidate.
Joining the NCEconomics team, you will work closely with the scientists and engineers in other Alluvium Group companies to undertake applied analysis, provide technical guidance along with leadership and contribute to business growth.
