The role

Talent Nation is currently seeking a highly capable Candidate Manager to join our close-knit team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and nurturing candidates to foster a community of talent within our core areas of impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CRM to ensure all candidates employment and contact details are accurate
  • Career discussions with candidates to ascertain skillsets and objectives
  • Social Media / Digital Marketing to engage our candidate community with the Talent Nation brand
  • Proactive pipelining of talent
  • Provide an exceptional experience for candidates over the phone or onsite
  • Reviewing and processing applications
  • Supporting the team with our end-to-end recruitment process as required
  • Booking client/ candidate interviews
  • Uploading online job advertisements
  • Assist in the preparation and review of candidate reports and client proposals

About you

You are a highly organised individual who can handle multiple priorities at once, with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities. You enjoy being a proactive team player through showing initiative and having the maturity and confidence to ‘manage up’ as required. In addition to your values being aligned with the environmental and social spaces that we specialise in, you will have the ability to contribute to our team culture.
