Thorne Harbour Health, Victoria’s largest provider of LGBTIQ health services is now recruiting for a highly skilled family therapist / clinician to join its LGBTIQ and HIV counselling programs; the family therapist will provide direct service work to LGBTIQ Victorians and their families during the period of COVID-19. Alongside the direct service work, this role will hold a capacity building responsibility to assist with embedding family sensitive practice into the work of the therapeutic services team, and provide secondary consultation to THH staff on family/systemic practice matters.

The successful candidate will be an experienced clinician with a post-graduate qualification in family therapy, and have specialist expertise in evidence-based family interventions and family sensitive practice, as well as demonstrated capacity to provide clinical supervision and mentoring to a multidisciplinary team.
