As the largest LGBTIQ+ community controlled health organisation in Victoria, Thorne Harbour Health provides culturally-safe services for members of the LGBTIQ+ community and people living with HIV.

This Counsellor role is part of the wider Therapeutic Services and Capacity building team, and works to support clients (and their families/chosen families) through the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic individual counselling and therapeutic group programs.

Clinically, you will have demonstrable skills and experience in a range of therapeutic modalities including the provision of brief interventions/single session work. The right candidate will have a genuine interest in providing culturally-safe, respectful and non-discriminatory therapeutic services to our diverse community.
