Brokerage Administration Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible person to efficiently administer a group of family violence brokerage programs, including managing budgets and reporting requirements.

Brokerage programs include:

  • Flexible Support Packages for LGBTIQ victim/survivors of family and intimate partner violence
  • Perpetrator Brokerage to support the safety of victim/survivors by providing people who have used violence with limited financial support around housing and program attendance
  • Crisis Brokerage which allows a rapid response from the Family Violence Services team.

The brokerage worker will possess excellent organisational and communication skills that will assist with liaising with case managers (both internal and external to THH) and other service providers.

There is no direct client contact in this role and it is not a therapeutic role. Previous experience in an administrative or finance role will be highly regarded.
