Thorne Harbour Health, Victoria’s largest provider of LGBTI health services is now recruiting for a highly skilled ‘ATAPS’/Medicare eligible clinician to join its LGBTI and HIV counselling programs; clinicians will provide high quality one-on-one mental health support as part of the Accessible Psychological Strategies and Focussed Psychological Services programs in collaboration with partner organisations. This is a salaried position.

The successful candidate will be an experienced clinician with an understanding of LGBTI affirmative practices, a broad understanding of evidence based interventions for supporting high prevalence mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, a client-centred approach and a passion for working in these communities.
