About the Role

Whitelum Group is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work alongside our Operations Team in supporting our company’s continuous growth. This role will be 0.5FTE ideally based in Whitelum Group’s Head Office in Melbourne. The Administrative Assistant will work with the Operations Officer and Chief Operations Officer, providing general assistance to Whitelum Group’s offices and other staff in the organisation, as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Maintaining accounts records
  • Supporting management of accounts payable
  • Supporting monthly reconciliation of accounts
  • Entering and checking for receipts for transactions

Office Management:

  • Maintaining and purchasing general office supplies in accordance with procurement policy
  • Maintaining office spaces in line with workplace health and safety protocols

Information Management:

  • Data entry
  • Formatting and proofreading reports and submissions
  • Responding to emails
  • Keeping documents and filing systems up to date

Other duties as required.

Selection Criteria

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Good computer literacy skills and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience, and accuracy, with data entry
  • Qualification in administration, bookkeeping, or record management; or more than 3 years’ experience in a similar role will be an asset.

Remuneration

This role will be remunerated at $57,783 - $59,227 pro rata, depending on experience, plus 9.5% superannuation.
