The Opportunity

The Turner Group are passionate to be assisting our Not-for-Profit Client in discovering their next Chief Operations Officer. The COO will facilitate the NFP to level up their mission delivery, standard quality of delivery, and facilitate all programs to achieve optimal operational brilliance.

The Client

Our client is well regarded Not-for-profit organisation that has been running successfully since its establishment in 2014. Their mission is to move past the barriers surrounding youth with disabilities so they can experience a fulfilling life thriving both personally and athletically. From significant growth, 2021 has found out client being listed as a Large Charity through the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profit Commission (ACNC). The client celebrates greatness in its members and prides itself on inclusion.

The Role

  • Facilitating and delivering NFP programs across QLD and the ACT, Financial, IT management, staff, and volunteers
  • Oversee the delivery of a current program in production focusing on leadership development of young participants with disability
  • Maintaining ongoing excellence of current program delivery inside and outside the program across varied groups, clubs, and affiliated communities
  • Financial management working in collaboration with the accounting teams
  • Operational stakeholder engagement spanning 14 participating associations
  • Developing and engaging employees as well as volunteers with program delivery and continued growth
  • Manage the IT operations systems for effective customer relationship management and engagement
