The Source Bulk Foods is a retailer of bulk foods with over 50 stores nationally. This role is perfect for an assistant manager who enjoys working the floor. Someone who is a dedicated leader with a passion for people and service, and who is committed to driving business success through team coaching and development by creating a customer focused service environment which supports our core values.

This role involves:

• Modelling exceptional customer service and selling techniques.
• Managing and monitoring store performance.
• Providing training and coaching.
• Driving sales by having amazing personal sales results as well as ensuring the team sales meet the store key performances.
• Ensuring store presentation is immaculate.
• Effective inventory management and quality control.

To succeed with us, you will need:

• Demonstrated success and experience in leading and motivating a team in a retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift and adhere to OH&S.
• A commitment to inspiring people to succeed and thrive.
• The ability to create a positive, energetic and safe work environment.
• Proven ability to deliver results.
• Proven experience in recognising, implementing and driving local and in-store marketing and strategies.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

We are open 7 days a week so we are looking for someone available 20-30 hours a week, and some weekend work will be required.
