• Position type: Casual employment arrangement with up to 3 days per week of work available
• Location: Based in Sydney (incl. Greater Sydney). Will require flexibility as well as occasional travel and overnight trips in regional and rural NSW.
• Salary: $40.91 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) plus superannuation

The Man Cave is a fast-growing non-profit that focuses on preventative mental health and emotional intelligence for young people and the adults in their lives. Through impactful school programs, role models and resources we facilitate courageous conversations and long-term behaviour change focused on healthy masculinity, mental health and respectful relationships.

Since 2014, we have positively impacted the lives of over 20,000 young people across Australia and 95% of our participants ‘strongly recommend’ the program to other young men. We have worked with 3,000+ parents, teachers and community members to better support the young people in their lives. position summary

Man Cave Facilitators are deeply committed and self-aware agents of change who bring extensive knowledge, diverse life experience, unique perspectives and genius to delivering transformational education programs for the young people they serve. The role of a Man Cave Facilitator is to hold and guide safe space for young people to deeply connect with themselves and each other, through dynamic workshops which expand emotional intelligence, deconstruct the masculine stereotype and create opportunities to redefine who they want to be. The Man Cave is committed to being a Child Safe organisation and we have zero tolerance for child abuse with emotional and physical wellbeing of our participants being paramount.
