About The Role

We are passionate about what we do and are seeking a sales / customer relationship building person to assist us with our growing number of enquiries as well as strengthen our relationship with architects & builders.

We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable person who takes pride in their work. We need somebody who is comfortable and experienced on the phone, via email and face-to-face dealings with contacts, customers, architects and builders. The right candidate would be polite, professional and applying attention to detail when communicating with clients.

You need to be familiar with managing customer accounts, maintaining regular contact/follow-up, responding promptly to enquiries, preparing quotes, arranging & participating in meetings, as well as assisting with the after-sales services. We are looking for a self-motivated person working a block of 7.6 hours a day with flexible hours between 7.30am-6pm.

Our office and warehouse are in Coburg North, Melbourne.
