About The Role

We are passionate about what we do and are looking for a passionate Customer Relationship Building / Sales person to join our growing solar installation company and assist us with generating leads and responding to our growing number of enquiries.

As a Customer Relationship Building / Sales person, you will have the first contact with our customers and new leads, providing them with information about our products and the benefits of going solar. Your duties will include generating leads for installing solar systems on businesses, analysing the needs of each customer, creating example sales packages to share with potential business owners, working with our system designer to prepare tailored quotes, closing sales and demonstrating our products through clear, concise, and honest information.

To ensure success as a Customer Relationship Building / Sales person, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for solar energy, and a solid background in sales. Ultimately, we are a top-class team at TCK Solar and as such are searching for a top-class Customer Relationship Building / Sales person who is engaging and will build rapport with customers to provide them with tailor-made solar solutions that will save people money and improve the environment.

We need somebody who is comfortable and experienced on the phone, via email and face-to-face dealings with a wide range of people, especially busy business owners. The right candidate will be engaging, polite, professional and apply attention to detail when communicating information with customers.

You will need to be familiar with managing customer accounts, maintaining regular contact/follow-up, responding promptly to enquiries, as well as assisting with all facets of customer care and after-sales service. We are looking for a self-motivated people with flexible work hours available between 7.30am-6pm.

A salary package, including incentives and bonuses, for the part-time sales only role will be tailored together with the right person. This role will also grow with the business over time, so as more sales and leads come in which result in the need for more labour hours, there is the opportunity for the work hours of this role to increase.

Our office and warehouse are in Coburg North, Melbourne.
