The Bridge Youth Service is expanding and we are on the hunt for some amazing humans to join our team!

Specialist Youth Workers education settings team based in Shepparton.

Various positions are available, contracted to December 2022 with a possibility of extension depending on funding.
These Specialist Youth Worker roles are offering part-time (0.8EFT) and full time (1.0EFT) positions.

The position will provide case management initially within the Education Settings program, with scope for movement to other teams as required. Generalist Youth work is a key component of this role, undertaking initial youth support in situations where young people do not meet existing TBYS programs and funding criteria.

Through individual coaching and mentoring the aim is to increase the young person’s wellbeing, resilience, self-efficacy and social skills. This will be done via individual case coordination, group-work programs and the provision of information and supported referral.

It is essential that you hold a minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field and have experience and knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
