We currently have various positions available with flexibility in hours from 0.8EFT to 1.0EFT. The roles are contracted for 2 years, with the possibility of extension dependent on funding.

The positions will provide case management within the Youth and Family Support and Education Settings programs.

Through individual coaching and mentoring the aim is to increase the young person’s wellbeing, resilience, self-efficacy and social skills. This will be done via individual case coordination, group-work programs and the provision of information and supported referral.

To be considered for a position, it is essential that you hold a minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field and have experience and knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
