The Benevolent Society are expanding their Child and Family services to South Australia and offer a unique opportunity with this new Team Leader role.
This new leadership role sits across Adelaide metro and regional SA (Murray Bridge and Mannum) in our Resilient Families program. Resilient Families is a therapeutic, evidence informed program designed to provide 12-month, intensive, in-home support to families with at least one child aged 9 years and under. This is an innovative funding model developed in partnership with the South Australian Government. The Benevolent Society is the first organisation to deliver this program in South Australia.
Your aim is to ensure your team are positioned to provide exceptional services to children and families so they can feel safe and secure. You will have extensive practice knowledge and skills as well as the ability to use data to drive practice. Ensuring your team use a well-rounded, holistic and client centred approach to keeping children safe.
You will provide clear and focused leadership, professional supervision, debriefing and practice support to your team, guiding them to work in a partnership approach with both government and non-government partners to improve outcomes for each family.
Terms: Permanent Full time role based in Adelaide, SA – This role is eligible for relocation support
