Our Child, Youth and Family Services strengthen families so children can live at home safely, free from abuse and neglect, and enjoy the best possible start to life. We deliver voluntary services to families at high risk of entering or escalating within the statutory child protection system.

We have created this new position to ensure the smooth operation of our service.

Your new role:

As our tech savvy Support Coordinator, you will support the successful running of our Child, Youth and Family Service by

  • Reviewing and modifying administrative processes and systems to be responsive to the needs of our clients.
  • Monitoring and reporting on program KPI’s and contractual obligations
  • Coordinating programs audits to ensure compliance
  • Ensuring program content is fit for purpose and available for the team
  • Utilising internal and external systems to ensure data is accurate and updated
  • Organising team events including team meetings

Terms: Full time position based at any of our New England hubs in Tamworth, Armidale, Inverell, Tenterfield and Moree.

What you need to succeed?

You will have experience in a similar position supporting the effective running of a program and

  • Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to question the pieces that are missing or don’t make sense
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks, manage interruptions and competing priorities effectively
  • Can do, outcomes focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to team outcomes
  • Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications
  • Experience in the Community Services Sector would be beneficial
