This is an identified position open only to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to meet the needs of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
As an Identified Support Coordinator, you will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other clients navigate the complex world of NDIS to understand their plan and maximise their budget. You will monitor and coordinate support needs and link clients to community and mainstream services to enhance an individual's quality of life.
This is a full time role based in Broken Hill, NSW.
