Your life. Your way. At The Benevolent Society it’s not just a tag line. It’s who we are. We provide support for children, youth and families, older Australians, carer’s, and people with disability to live their best life. It’s what we’ve done since 1813.
The Senior Case Manager in Resilient Families makes a difference.
Working in an intensive family support model, you’ll support families with complex vulnerabilities to keep children and young people safe and provide families with their best opportunity to stay together. The goal is to reduce the number of children and young people entering out of home care.
If that sounds challenging, we agree. Self-care matters when you’re working in this space. Fortunately, you’ll have a great team around you to make sure you’re supported too.
You’re an experienced case manager / social worker who is able to provide practical and therapeutic support in the home environment.
You’re all about evidence-based practice – that’s how we promote wellbeing and work with families to strengthen their functional family relationships.
You’ll have experience working in a child, youth and family program with a strong child protection focus. We think you’ll need around 3 years of experience to be successful.
