About your new role

You will provide coaching, mentoring and supervision to our Allied Health Team working in the Early Childhood Early Intervention program in Caboolture, Milton, and Loganholme. You will keep your finger on the pulse by providing clinical support our team working with children with a disability or developmental delay. Working collaboratively with other Senior Clinicians, your advanced practice skills will enable you to coach, advise and provide on the job support to other team members and enhance their capabilities in relation to child development.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary, collaborative and dynamic team including Child Development Specialists, Child Development Workers, Speech Pathologists, OT’s and Physiotherapists.

Terms: Permanent part-time role across our Caboolture, Milton, and Loganholme Hubs.

What you need to succeed

You will be a qualified Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist with significant practice experience and:

  • Extensive experience supporting people with a disability or those with complex needs
  • Ability to appropriately respond to the needs of people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds
  • Work within a client-centric approach while maintaining a positive mindset
  • Ability to mentor colleagues and provide clinical supervision within framework guidelines
  • Current QLD drivers licence and ability to travel to clients
