Your new role

As our Roster Officer, you will schedule our home support services to older people and people with a disability.

You will match staff availability and experience with clients' needs and preferences, make adjustments for absences and change requests in a timely manner to minimise travel time between appointments and service cancellation. You will coordinate the collection and collation of timesheets to ensure they are sent to payroll on time so our team gets paid.

Terms: Permanent full time position located in Hurstville

Your experience

With a background in administration/ business support you will have:

  • Strong customer service focus including friendly phone manner
  • Experience with scheduling or rostering with the flexibility to accommodate changing needs
  • Ability to use technology based client management and documentation systems
  • Experience in ageing, disability or community care an advantage but not essential
