About the role:

Joining our high performing Practice and Impact Management team, you will enjoy the best of all worlds - having ownership for your training programs while working collaboratively on larger programs of work.

You will partner with key stakeholders to assess skills gaps and future needs. Drawing on your practice experience, you will plan, design and implement tailored learning solutions to future proof our workforce.

You understand each situation is unique and appreciate the solution that worked yesterday won’t necessarily work today. You approach your job with respect and curiosity. You challenge the status quo when needed and are comfortable delivering training to small and large groups.

What you need to succeed?

Ideally you will have experience delivering some training and:

• A degree in a relevant field, for example adult education, health, community services or similar
• Ability to plan, design, develop and implement robust, fit for purpose training programs aligned to the day to day needs of the programs
• Engaging presentation style tailored to diverse audience
• Down to earth, agile nature to adapt to a constantly changing environment while delivering outcomes
• Capacity to travel to deliver training to our colleagues in other sites
• Some understanding of culturally aware, trauma informed, child safe, person-centred support and reflective practice.
• Experience working in the community services industry or similar
• Most importantly you will have a commitment to develop your career with The Benevolent Society
